We are a not-for-profit, members-led club run by a voluntary committee that includes the charity trustees.

We support disabled people at Llandudno dry slope in North Wales with occasional trip and holidays to indoor and outdoor snow centres. Our sessions are supported by volunteers who also have the chance to develop their skills with support from the club.

Specialised equipment is used where necessary with volunteers being specifically trained in its use. We are always looking for volunteers whether you are able to ski or not.

On the social side, we have Christmas parties, summer BBQ’s, residential weekends and have FUN.

In doing so, people develop confidence, fitness and social skills, which improves their quality of life. It also gives the volunteer the opportunity to improve their skiing and meet new friends.

Our History:

The Club has been supporting disabled people to ski in North Wales for over 40 years operating originally at Plas y Brenin and then at our current venue at John Nike Ski Slope in Llandudno. The club name has changed a few times over the years but the mission to make skiing accessible to people with disabilities has remained. So many volunteers have made this possible over the years. Thank you to everyone who has been part of the journey!
