TRAINING
Our Ski Instructors and Sit Ski Guides are supported to develop their skills through training with external organisation and club run training session. We are Snowsports Wales Affiliated, the governing body of Snowsports in Wales. Snowsports Wales support the club in checking that our training and safety systems are as good as possible. All of our instructors and committee members are registered with Snowsports Wales who keep records of DBS checks, safeguarding training, first aid training and instructor qualifications.

Training is on a modular basis. A technique is introduced and then practiced under supervision for each discipline available within the Club.
Generally training is held at Llandudno dry ski slope either in evenings or sometimes over a weekend. It gives the participant the opportunity to practice new skiing skills which will strengthen their own skiing ability.
